Meet Malcolm Lewis

Malcolm Lewis is the owner of Longueville Manor in St Saviour, Jersey. The hotel has been in the Lewis family since 1949 and is now run by Malcolm and his wife Patricia, with the next generation involved in the estate and gardens. His perspective combines decades in hospitality with a lifelong knowledge of Jersey. In conversation with Daniel Edward, Malcolm shares the family story behind Longueville Manor as well as his favourite places, flavours and traditions across the island.
