Some people think of accessible travel and stop at wheelchair users, but Matt Dennis urges hotels and attractions to think beyond that, and incorporate best practices into their venues so that anyone with a physical disability or neurodivergence can enjoy the experience.

Matt’s number one suggestion is to simply communicate clearly in advance, so that someone with addition accessibility needs is able to make the right decision for themself.
